The option that’s best for most customers is Automatic Delivery. When you enroll in this free program, you’ll never have to worry about a propane run out again, and your days of checking your propane tank gauge levels will be a thing of the past. With Automatic Delivery, we use software to monitor your propane usage in order to calculate when your next delivery should be. We’ll schedule it to take place before you’re even close to running low. It’s really that easy, and there’s no work for you!
Will-Call
We understand that you may prefer to have more control over when your propane is delivered. If that’s the case for your household, will-call might be the right option for you. If you go the will-call route, it will be your responsibility to stay on top of your propane tank gauge levels and to schedule your next delivery before you run low.
If your propane does run low, we’ll need to do an emergency delivery, which includes an extra charge. We do offer emergency services 24 hours a day, 365 a year, but we hope you don’t need to use them for a runout!
